- â?? Proven capital equipment sales experience
- â?? Strong technical or engineering background (Diploma/Degree preferred)
- â?? Track record of closing high-value project or equipment deals
- â?? Experience selling into mining, manufacturing, energy, construction or heavy industries
- â?? Established client network is highly advantageous
- â?? Valid drivers license and a willingness to travel
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Selling large-scale equipment, machinery, or engineered solutions
- Managing the full sales cycles, from specification to commissioning
- Engaging with EPCMs, consultants, Plant Managers, and procurement teams
- Managing long-term client relationships and repeat capital projects
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and deal-closing ability
- Ability to understand technical specifications and applications
