Field Insurance Sales Representative (Long – Term Insurance)
We are looking for young and dynamic individuals to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas
· Field Work: Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions (Direct Sales)
· Prospecting: acquire new potential clients and convert them into policy holders.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, ensuring you can effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
· Do a proper needs analysis and offer suitable products to meet the needs of Client.
· Identify worksites where you will be prospecting/canvassing for new clients.
· Ensure that the advice given is in line with the FAIS ACT regulations.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating resilience and determination in a competitive environment.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications And Experience
Matric or NQF Level 4
A Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage.
Experience in selling long-term face-to-face will be an added advantage.
Knowing how to use technology is important.
Hands-on approach
Self-motivated: must be able to work independently.
