JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for using industry and product knowledge experience to provide
information to customers, support, promote and sell solar energy products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and generate new leads.
2. Seek out prospective customers.
3. Provide technical information about solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers.
4. Arrange meetings with potential customers and interface with key contacts.
5. Convert leads into sales and meet set sales targets.
6. Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
7. Creating quotes & proposals.
8. Determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
9. Providing excellent customer/sales service
10. Maintaining client records
11. Preparing and submitting sales reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ü Min. 3years’ sales experience in solar systems.
QUALLIFICATIONS
ü Minimum Matric / NQF level4 technical qualification.
ü National Diploma in Marketing / Sales or related field advantageous.
ü Must Possess a valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.
ü Basic computer skills.
COMPETENCIES
ü Proficiency in solar energy systems.
ü Knowledge of local regulatory policies.
ü Knowledge of solar energy market.
ü Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
