Qualifications
- Matric
- Relevant Diploma/ B-Tech / Degree in Sales, or Chemistry will be advantageous
- SAPMA / NACE qualification advantageous
- 3 years sales experience / technical environment
- Knowledge of Powder Coatings and Plastics Masterbatch
- Drivers license with Own vehicle essential.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Regional strategy development and implementation.
- Market analysis (feedback at sales meetings).
- Create and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensures continuous sales growth while optimising value through Volume, Price, and strong Margin Management.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly sales compared with budget
- Provide Technical Support.
- Unit Operations Monitoring through Oven Recordings and troubleshooting using available resources.
- Works closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to budgets, sales forecasts and implementing cost saving initiatives.
- Lead and motivate sales team for maximum performance.
- Contribute innovative ideas towards continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Prospect for sister companies / divisions.
- Always provide support to other branches / team members
