- Assisting the Key Account Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and business retention.
- Assisting in identifying and developing growth opportunities within new accounts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business strategies and meet customer needs.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews to key stakeholders.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of work-related experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven track record of delivering growth and success in key account management.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
