Providing mentorship and guidance on performance and execution of daily duties Conduct daily and monthly inspections of all electrical, mechanical, access control, CCTV equipment and buildings at the plazaRepair all malfunctioning / damaged / broken equipment and buildings as per the Maintenance Manual/StandardsReport all incidents in the prescribed mannerRecordkeeping of all inspections in the prescribed manner.Ensure tools are kept in a good and clean working order.Comply with all health, safety and security policies and procedures at all times.Ensure that all equipment are in good working condition to ensure optimal performance and uptimeManage Subcontractor that perform work on site/at Plaza ensuring:Work is delivered as per the scopeEnsure that quality is as per the standards and escalate to supervisor in case of noncompliance.Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and policies and procedures and escalate to supervisor in the event of non compliance.Apply best practice principles for stock control at plaza.Timeous reporting as and when required.This job specification
