VSD Sales

We are looking for a committed, long-term Sales Representative to join our clients Drives, PLC, and Microsonic Sales division. The successful candidate will focus on expanding market share in the KwaZulu-Natal region by nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technical sales support. This role includes frequent travel to customer sites to provide product guidance and ensure correct application of the VSD, PLC, and microsonic product range. We seek a motivated, target-driven professional who values strong customer engagement and can clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions.

Education & Skills:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Any relevant sales qualification or technical Certification is advantageous
• Additional training in industrial automation, electrical instrumentation, VSDs, PLCs, or related fields is beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Grow turnover of VSD, PLC, and microsonic product sales in the assigned region
• Identify new opportunities and potential customers within relevant markets
• Maintain, support, and expand relationships with existing customers
• Serve as a key contact for customers needing technical assistance on VSD, PLC, and microsonic products
• Clearly demonstrate and communicate the benefits of our brand versus competitors
• Conduct regular sales callsindependently or with team membersto meet sales targets
• Develop business through prospecting, marketing activities, and pipeline growth
• Follow up promptly on quotations and provide detailed feedback to management when required
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports outlining achievements and targets
• Adhere to all safety instructions and work independently with strong attention to detail
• Travel locally within the KwaZulu-Natal region as needed
