Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the engineering design and technical evaluation of solar PV systems
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Support procurement and contractor selection processes
  • Oversee installation activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
  • Participate in the testing, commissioning, and handover of solar projects
  • Provide technical support during project execution and operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Experience in solar PV project engineering (utility-scale or C&I preferred)
  • Strong understanding of solar PV system design, components, and grid integration
  • Experience with design software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope)
  • Knowledge of local electrical codes and renewable energy standards
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
