Structural Draughtsman

Produce high-quality 2D and 3D structural drawings using Autodesk Revit and other drafting software.
Develop detailed drawings of foundations, beams, columns and slabs
Prepare drawings for all project phases from concept design to construction documentation
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, project specifications, and industry standards
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to understand and interpret project requirements
Translate design concepts into clear technical drawings
Participate in design reviews and contribute to the refinement of structural solutions
Communicate effectively within the team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment across disciplines
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant CAD software
Apply sound knowledge of structural detailing, materials, and construction methods
Maintain awareness of current industry standards, codes, and best practices in structural drafting

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Proficient in structural analysis and design software
Must be proficient with Prokon, AutoCad AutoPadds and Revit (non-negotiable)

Qualification:
Matric Certificate and Draughting Certificate

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
