Site Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and construction drawings and translate them into executable site activities

• Plan, manage, and control the construction programme, including sequencing and critical paths

• Manage daily site operations and supervise foremen, leading hands, and labour teams

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure programme and quality compliance

• Control and manage site resources including labour, plant, and materials

• Implement and enforce quality control and assurance procedures

• Monitor and control project costs and site budgets

• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements

• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve construction and site-related issues

• Maintain clear communication with management, consultants, and project stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum: BTech in Building Construction

• Preferred: BSc in Construction Management

Experience

• Minimum 6 years proven experience in a managerial role as a Site Agent

• Proven experience managing multi-level (minimum 4 storeys), upmarket construction projects
