Construction Manager/Senior SupervisorPosition Overview:The Construction Manager / Senior Supervisor will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.Prepare progress reports, site instructions, and documentation for stakeholders.Resolve technical, operational, or personnel issues on site.Liaise with clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5-10 years experience in construction supervision or management.Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid drivers license; ability to travel to project sites.Skills & Competencies:Project management and organizational skills.Budgeting and cost control expertise.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong team leadership and people management abilities.Knowledge of safety standards and risk management practices.Working and rigging in confined spaces.Quality Coordination.Highly skilled in working with customers, team and dealing with technical issues.Highly Safety focused and team player. Working knowledge of Marine systems.
