Senior electronic hardware engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of complex electronic hardware products. The successful candidate will play a key role in system architecture, schematic and PCB design, component selection, and hardware verification, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electronic hardware design from concept through production
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware architectures
• Select components and manage BOMs with cost and reliability in mind
• Perform hardware testing, debugging, and validation
• Ensure compliance with EMC, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support manufacturing, prototyping, and product certification
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in electronic hardware design
• Strong experience with analogue and digital circuit design
• Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar)
• Experience with laboratory testing, fault-finding, and validation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
