You will lead teams, manage on-site resources, and ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. The position plays a critical role in workforce planning, team coordination, and overall site performance.Key ResponsibilitiesBring a minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Foreman in civil constructionInduct and train new employees on-site processes and standardsAllocate and oversee teams, ensuring clear instructions from the Surveyor are implementedMonitor attendance, enforce discipline, and ensure working hours are adhered toConduct weekly planning and track progress against targets, reporting any issuesSupervise material usage, plant and equipment, and monitor contract costsEnsure night watchmen are present and site security is maintainedAbout You3+ years of civil site supervision experience (roads, paving, bridges or related)Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skillsProficient in English and AfrikaansValid drivers license and own vehicle (company bakkie provided for site travel)Able to work independently, uphold site standards, and drive team performance
