Job DescriptionA well-established multidisciplinary consulting engineering company specialising in municipal and private infrastructure projects is seeking to appoint a Draughtsperson / Revit Modeller for their Cape Town office.Salary: Market-related and aligned with qualifications and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce technical drawings throughout the full project lifecycle, including concept design, detailed design, tender documentation, construction drawings, and as-built records.Support civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers with the preparation of layout drawings, sections, elevations, detailing, and reinforcement schedules.Create and maintain Revit building models, including structural, architectural, and MEP components.Maintain accurate drawing registers, compile drawing issue documentation, and coordinate the distribution of drawings to clients, authorities, and members of the professional project team.RequirementsQualifications and ExperienceGrade 12 / National Senior Certificate.A minimum of 5 years’ proven draughting experience within the built environment after completing matric.Relevant qualification such as a Certificate in Autodesk Revit Structures, together with N4/N5 Multi-Disciplinary Drawing Office Practice (MDDOP) National Certificate, or a Certificate of Competency from a SAID member college.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Structures, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office (essential).Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Docs, ACC Build, ACC Collaboration Pro) would be advantageous.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively through verbal, written, and digital platforms.https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/R/Revit-ModellerDraughtsperson-1269990-Job-Search-03-09-2026-07-00-15-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
