In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering teams across multiple projects
• Oversee HV/MV/LV design from concept to commissioning
• Drive protection & control strategies and ensure technical integrity
• Review and approve design calculations, SLDs, schematics & layouts
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE & local utility standards
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, protection & commissioning teams
• Provide technical guidance during construction and site activities
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines & project deliverables
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance technical culture

ð??? What You Bring to the Grid:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters advantageous)
• 812+ years experience in electrical engineering, with leadership exposure
• Strong background in substations, power systems, and protection & control
• Proven project management and team leadership experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of IEC / IEEE standards
• Excellent technical reporting, communication & stakeholder management skills
