Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for clients (callouts, spares, and product queries)Coordinate communication between Technical, Accounts, and Production teamsPrepare and manage job cards, inspection reports, and technical documentationSchedule repairs and maintenance in collaboration with techniciansArrange site equipment (e.g. forklifts, lifts, containers)Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist with quotingOrganise and minute technical meetingsAccounts & Inventory (Pastel):Process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and GRNsPerform stock control, monthly stock takes, and inventory reconciliationManage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes on PastelOrder and receive stock, ensuring correct quantities and levelsLogistics & Cross-Border:Arrange transport and cross-border shipmentsPrepare commercial invoices and customs documentationAssist with work visa arrangements where requiredMinimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years administrative experience (technical/engineering environment preferred)Qualification in Business or Office Administration (advantageous)Strong working knowledge of Pastel Accounting (including inventory)Proficient in MS OfficeStrong communication skills (English & Afrikaans)Highly organised, reliable, and detail-orientedAbility to take initiative and work well in a teamOwn reliable transportWorking Hours:Monday Thursday: 07:30 16:30Friday: 07:30 14:00Consultant: Innocentia Shoai - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
