Technical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients (callouts, spares, and product queries)
• Coordinate communication between Technical, Accounts, and Production teams
• Prepare and manage job cards, inspection reports, and technical documentation
• Schedule repairs and maintenance in collaboration with technicians
• Arrange site equipment (e.g. forklifts, lifts, containers)
• Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist with quoting
• Organise and minute technical meetings

Accounts & Inventory (Pastel):

• Process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and GRNs
• Perform stock control, monthly stock takes, and inventory reconciliation
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes on Pastel
• Order and receive stock, ensuring correct quantities and levels

Logistics & Cross-Border:

• Arrange transport and cross-border shipments
• Prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation
• Assist with work visa arrangements where required

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years administrative experience (technical/engineering environment preferred)
• Qualification in Business or Office Administration (advantageous)
• Strong working knowledge of Pastel Accounting (including inventory)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to take initiative and work well in a team
• Own reliable transport

Working Hours:

• Monday Thursday: 07:30 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 14:00
