Corporate Sales Executive:
Candidate must have Strong sales experience in the service sector/building sector.
Must reside in the West and North rand area. Own reliable vehicle required with Code 08 license.
Duties
Meet with potential clients to subscribe to our services.
Setting up own appointments (Telesales team will assist)
Train new subscribers.
Regular customer appointments and training with existing subscribers.
Administrative duties: Updating the website and various reports.

Job Purpose: To perform a combination of duties related to Japanese part sales. To increase business success by identifying and qualifying prospects, evaluating the position of competitors in the market, act as key point between the company and its customers, while maintaining the set monthly/ annual targets as set out by the company Responsibilities: • To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry • To sell Japanese products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects • To maintain relationships with clients by providing support and product information, as well as handling of complaints • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving monthly targets set • Prepare monthly activity reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information • Actively seek out new Sales opportunities through cold calling and networking • Prepare and deliver appropriate information on the products and services offered • Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations • Ad hoc duties allocated by line Manager Skills: • The ability and desire to sell products and a high degree of self motivation and ambition • Excellent communication skills and a positive, confident, and determined approach • The ability to cope with rejection and the capability to flourish in a competitive environment • The skills to work both in a team and independently • Ability to learn and understand the industry trends • Strong presentation skills and the ability to negotiate with customers and/or suppliers • Self-motivated with a result driven approach • Good technical aptitude Qualification and Experience: • Minimum 5 years Japanese parts sales experience • Proven sales track record • EPC experience • Excellent computer skills • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent • Mentally and physically fit to perform job function effectively • Code 08 Drivers license and own transport Should you wish to apply for the position, please apply directly via this job board, please ensure that you quote reference number 202634 subject heading or email body. SUMMARY OF ROLETo actively manage the performance and new business growth of the product range with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range within Southern Africa. The business growth model includes channels such as System Integrators, Distributors & OEM Partners within the Southern African Regions and all the associated End User Accounts (Direct or indirect Accounts) within these allocated regions as well to ensure the Sales Budget is achieved. To work actively with New Partners, New End Users and New OEMs to develop, train and ultimately promote business development to all these above-mentioned activities to build their sales and technical capability, build pipeline, and improve the accuracy of forecasting within the allocated regions with regards to the complete Control Technique’s Variable Speed Drive Range. Regional Variable Speed Drive Management · To manage the Southern Africa Regional relationships to maximize revenue with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range. · To identify and leverage new business opportunities in new verticals with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services. · To work with System Integrators, Distributors and OEMs to develop business plans with regards to the Control Technique’s Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services. · To regularly review Southern Africa Business Development business plans and contributions and implement improvement plans monthly with both Vice President Commercial Sales Africa & Oceania. Sales Execution & Channel Support · To achieve allocated regional sales targets. · To assist in monitoring and facilitation of cash collection for outstanding debtors. · To provide technical support for preparation of large tenders. Marketing · To participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as required. · To actively work with customers in the Southern Africa Region to generate case studies, white papers and success stories that can be utilized by Control Technique’s sales network activity with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services. · To track use of marketing tools by Channel Partners and encourage and educate on usage activity with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services. · To work with Channel Partners in the allocated regions on developing and executing marketing plans activity with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services.
