Client Relationship Officer - Aesthetic Clinic

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Friday
• 07:45am - 17:15pm (must be flexible based on season & demand)
• Will be required to work 
• Sundays & Major Public Holidays - CLOSED
• Flexibility is required, we cater to our esteemed clients' and assist them where operationally possible

REPORT TO: Owner & Business Coach

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R18,000 Salary per month 
• Performance Bonuses & Incentives - at management discretion

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualification from a recognized Beauty Training - PREFERRED
2. BONUS - Secretarial or Administrative qualification
3. Must live in the area with reliable transport to work (Randburg)
4. Excellent patient and client communication
5. Computer user confident (Social Media, WhatsApp, Outlook, Scheduling)

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 3+ years experience in a front of house / reception role of a high-end Day Spa / Aesthetic Clinic or Medical Rooms
2. Managing all client communication on WhatsApp throughout the day (appointments, product queries, deliveries, post-treatment check-ins)
3. Following up with clients 2–3 days after treatments to monitor skin responses and flag anything that needs my attention
4. Taking clear notes after treatments and ensuring follow-ups are done consistently
5. Being exceptionally organised — making lists, working methodically, completing daily to-do’s, and double- and triple-checking work
6. Handling numbers accurately (payments, cash-ups, reconciliations, reports)
