CNC Operator (Wood)

We are seeking a CNC operator with at least 5 years of experience in the wood industry. Knowledge of Biesse Rover CNC's and Biesse editor is a must.

The operators duties will include...

- Assessing and correcting nesting's created by the draftsman

- Loading nesting's into workloads according to production needs

- loading and unloading of boards and parts from the CNC

- Labelling parts as per nesting's and labels supplied

- General upkeep and preventative upkeep and maintenance of the machine and safety zones

- Maintaining, updating and adding to the tool database as needed with a high level of accuracy

- Creating and running of CNC programs from scratch through the Biesse editor (on occasion)

- Other ad hoc duties
