Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Financial Manager who can bring structure, controls, strategic insight, and financial leadership to their Gauteng operation.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, strengthen, and elevate role

Duties include:

• Implementing proper controls and governance
• Strengthening reporting accuracy and visibility
• Driving strategic financial planning & forecasting
• Improving cash flow management and working capital
• Ensuring compliance and reduce risk exposure
• Aligning finance with long-term business growth

The Ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years relevant experience
• A relevant tertiary financial qualification
• Preferably be bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Have their own transport
• Be hands-on, structured, and process-driven
• Have strong leadership and implementation ability
