A Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain, repair, and install factory machinery and technical infrastructure, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Develop and execute maintenance plans, preventive and corrective maintenance, and document all work performed.

• Build and maintain factory structures and assist with machinery installation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.

• Support continuous improvement through technical innovation, self-development, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 (Secondary Education)

• Minimum N3 in Millwright Trade Theory; Trade Tested

• At least 5 years’ post-trade test industrial maintenance experience
