Logistics & Distribution Manager

We are seeking a Logistics & Distribution Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and has the drive to deliver world-class inventory and distribution management. Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• OR proven experience in logistics/distribution management (minimum 35 years)
• Prior exposure to the electrical sector is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end logistics and distribution operations, ensuring seamless workflow
• Manage inventory control (including partner stock) to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee receiving, dispatching, and distribution functions
• Ensure that all operations comply with SLAs, SOPs, and company policies
• Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping to support decision-making
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve peak performance
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency
