Johannesburg, GautengRole OverviewAn opportunity is available for a Storekeeper / Assistant to join a procurement and warehouse team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory management, and assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate daily stock levelsVerify incoming stock against purchase ordersReport discrepancies between received stock and purchase ordersProcess requisitions from internal teams on the systemAssist with monthly stock takes and record variancesEnsure accurate GRV (Goods Received Vouchers) processingIssue stock accurately based on internal ordersSupport the Warehouse Supervisor with general warehouse dutiesPerform ad-hoc tasks as requiredMinimum RequirementsDiploma in Supply Chain Management or related fieldMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/storekeeping environmentExperience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / D365 (advantageous)Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational skillsGood time managementAttention to detail and accuracyEffective communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
