PAM 16000 - Warehouse Controller (Manufacturing) –

Your duties will encompass:

• Managing all on-site third-party service providers to the company standard.
• Making sure the warehouse is kept in a clean and safe manner, compliant with 5S.
• Measure and Managing inventory variances and driving variance improvements.
• Manage activities and performance of the Cycle Count Team members.
• Assist with the preparation for and taking of physical inventories and all facets of the reconciliation and physical inventories in all distribution centers, stores and manufacturing locations.
• Establish, measure and monitor Warehouse KPIs and SLAs for the business.
• Work closely with all departments to improve inventory efficiencies and productivity.
• Manage Materials Movement within all warehouses and inside the factory (WIP).
• Manage logistics function and ensure all dispatched items and/or equipment complies with all regulations and packaging specification.
• Identify shortages of items to be picked for production and sales, Liaise with Head of Supply Chain to ensure identified items are delivered.
• Develop warehouse SOP and Warehouse Policy.
• Maintain the WIP Stock management process to provide visibility, control and accuracy of information contained in the system.
• Provide link between Operations, Warehousing, Logistics and Purchasing.
• Enforce the automated stock management process to eliminate all risks associated with inventory management.
