Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing clients according to an established schedule to maintain and expand business relationships.
Prepare, present, and send quotations to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare cost estimates based on client requirements, service scope, and operational costs to support accurate pricing and proposals.
Analyze operational and pricing data to ensure estimates and quotations are competitive while maintaining company profitability.
Follow up with clients to secure listing approvals and close business opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and calls.
Conduct price negotiations with agents to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare detailed reports after each customer visit, documenting discussions, opportunities, and action plans.
Develop a strong understanding of clients business models to identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
Analyze manifests, MCCI data, FTL internal information, and external market sources to identify market trends, targeting opportunities, and potential product or service development initiatives.
Compile figures, performance metrics, and internal indicators for statistical analysis and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Logistics or similar
At least 5-7 years' experience in Sales
Competencies

Analytical and data interpretation abilities
Cost estimation and pricing analysis skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking and market awareness
Organizational and reporting skills
