Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and secure long-term clients
- Build strong, lasting relationships with businesses of all sizes
- Present and pitch courier and delivery solutions clearly and persuasively
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with operations to ensure promises to clients are delivered on time
- Identify market trends and new opportunities to grow revenue
- Attend networking events or client meetings as required
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience (courier experience is essential)
- 3-5 years experience within the Road Freight industry
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
