General Details
Description
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, sales orders, deliveries, and dispatch coordination
- Liaise with warehouses, customers, and suppliers to resolve shortages, queries, returns, and delivery issues
- Raise and check customer and logistics invoices, querying discrepancies where required
- Monitor stock levels, rotations, expiry dates, and allocations, escalating risks early
- Perform stock reconciliations, adjustments, and transfers in inventory systems
- Support purchasing by raising purchase orders, booking inbound deliveries, and reconciling received stock
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
- Support month-end processes and follow standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Early-career experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confident liaising with third parties (warehouses, suppliers, manufacturers)
- Competent in Excel and operational systems (inventory / EDI) or eager to learn
- Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
