Import & Export Manager

We are seeking experienced Import & Export Managers who lead and coordinate all international trade activities. Are you responsible for ensuring compliant, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods across borders while managing documentation, regulations, and logistics partners?

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all import and export processes end-to-end
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
• Oversee shipping documentation, permits, and clearance requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport providers
• Monitor duties, tariffs, and trade agreements to optimise cost
• Manage Incoterms, letters of credit, and international payment terms
• Resolve customs and shipment delays efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on international shipments
• Lead and develop the import/export team and processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in import/export or international logistics management
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
• Experience with freight, clearing, and forwarding processes
• Understanding of Incoterms and international documentation
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade (preferred)
