Requirements:* Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.* Good computer skillsKey Responsibilities:* Coordinate ore dispatch via road and rail from mine to port.* Manage vessel bookings, export documentation, and shipment tracking.* Liaise with transporters, shipping agents, and port authorities.* Familiarity with all incoterms.* Knowledge of custom clearance, freight forwarding is positive.* Support customs and export clearance processes.* Monitor transport costs and performance.* Communicate with production, sales, and finance to align logistics schedules. Customs & Compliance:* Liaise with customs brokers for export and import clearance processes.* Ensure compliance with South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations and trade requirements.* Maintain up-to-date records of permits, export declarations, and compliance documentation.* Support import logistics for equipment, spares, and consumables* Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers for inbound shipments and customs clearance.* Plan and manage dispatch of chrome ore from mine to port or customer using road and rail.* Ensure correct loading, documentation, and scheduling of transport vehicles.
