What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment (agency or specialist)
• Strong business development capability
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and performance targets
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, confidence, and a competitive mindset
• A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
