What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (agency or specialist)
• Strong business development skills
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results
• Confidence, resilience, competitiveness, and excellent communication
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential)
