- Matric essential
- HR/IR Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 5 years Operational HR and IR experience (not HQ level)
- Computer literate

Roles and Responsibilities
(Would include but not limited to)
- Induction of temporary staff
- Recruitment
- Client liaison on different levels and depots/branches
- On-site client requirements
- Handling of all HR and IR queries including Union matters
- Assist with IOD
- Ensure pay slips and invoices are delivered on time
- Onsite Temporary and Client staff care
