Roles and Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the UK IT market
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Consistently secure 12 new client wins per month
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Develop tailored recruitment solutions aligned to client hiring needs
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful placements and ongoing client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reporting
• Stay informed on UK IT market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity
