- Oversee daily operations Manage the fruit and vegetable section to ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain product quality and freshness Regularly check produce for quality and remove expired or damaged items
- Manage stock levels and ordering Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain adequate supply
- Ensure proper display and merchandising Arrange produce attractively to maximize sales
- Monitor pricing and promotions Implement price changes and promotional activities
- Train and supervise staff Schedule shifts, guide team members, and ensure productivity
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards Comply with health regulations and keep the area clean
- Reduce waste and control shrinkage Track losses and implement measures to minimize waste
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide assistance and resolve issues promptly
