- Local SA citizens
- 35 years facilities/maintenance experience within hospitality or property management space
- Strong grasp of preventative maintenance, contractor coordination & compliance
- Code 08 drivers license
- Must be willing to live on-site
- Excellent people skills with a strong service + guest focus
- Confident with Microsoft Office
