Qualifications
- Registered Professional Nurse or Clinical Technologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or South African Nursing Council (SANC), as applicable.
- Postgraduate qualification in Nephrology or Health Sciences a must.
- Qualification in Quality Management, Clinical Governance or Healthcare Management will be advantageous.
- Assessor, Moderator or Facilitator qualification advantageous.
- Minimum five years' renal clinical experience.
- Minimum three years' experience in clinical leadership or quality management.
- Demonstrated experience in dialysis quality improvement.
- Experience analysing clinical quality indicators and performance data.
- Experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in policy implementation and clinical governance.
- Experience conducting clinical audits and investigations.
- Experience delivering education and clinical training.
- Project management experience within healthcare.
- Experience implementing evidence-based practice initiatives.
