Retail Assistant

Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking to employ a Retail Assistant.
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Requirements:
2-3 years of retail experience.

Must be comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele.
Must have basic administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers who enter the shop.
Responsible for providing high-class customer service and increasing the companys growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Be involved in stock control and management.
Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
Styling the clients according to their body type, etc.
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Balancing cash register with receipts.
Dealing with customer refunds.
Keeping the store tidy and neat.
Responsible for dealing with customers complaints.
Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
