Description
Our client is a leader in the telecommunication sector and they are looking for a dynamic Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will come from wireless networking background with a strong customer relationship approach. Experience in VAST installations would be first preference.
* Working with Satellite Communication Equipment Vendors.
* Manage the communication between the service teams and engineering escalations.
* VAST service providers.
* Assisting with all technical queries, and arranging callouts for onsite repairs.
* National Diploma: Electrical Engineering (majoring in Telecommunications)
* Min 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role combined with customer support experience.
* *Technical knowledge is essential.*
R25 000 to R30 000 CTC per month
