Duties:

• Develop and oversee product training programs to enhance team and client understanding.

• Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

• Maximise sales opportunities through strategic planning and execution.

• Direct client interactions to foster strong relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Negotiate deals that align with company goals and client needs.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 10+ years in product management, sales, or account management within the FMCG industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

• Demonstrated success in maximizing sales and managing key accounts.

• Ability to develop and implement effective product training programs.

Familiarity with the following:
