Overview

We are seeking Machine Operators to support and expand our current operations at our established facility in Durban. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and efficiently operating a pillow pack flow wrapper packaging machine, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pillow pack flow wrapper packaging machines
• Ensure efficient production output in line with targets
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and safety
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or issues
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience operating packaging machinery (flow wrapper experience advantageous)
• Physically fit and able to operate machinery
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Reliable, committed, and willing to go the extra mile
• Flexible and adaptable in a multi-skilled environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
