Description
RECEPTIONIST
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Possession of a qualification in Front Office Management will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a receptionist
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
- Attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the front-line reception duties, both face-to-face and telephonically
- Support in the coordination of organizational development/ HR projects and serve as a coordinator between the company and service providers
- As a customer-facing representative of the company, offer a delightful experience to both the company's staff and external customers/ visitors
- Welcome, usher and direct visitors
- Answer, transfer, and take messages from incoming calls immediately, maintaining excellent telephone communication etiquette
- Arrange courier collections/ deliveries within 24 hours
- Manage boardroom bookings
- Oversee cleaning staff in the admin building
- Provide an excellent and professional level of administrative support about organizational development and HR projects (i.e. set up meetings, book venues)
- Provide executive assistance and coordination to executives and senior management
- Arrange catering and all other related meeting requirements for Exco and Manco
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized
