Machine Operator Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and report equipment faults.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
- Complete production and shift documentation accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace housekeeping using 5S practices.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- 1-3 years experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
