Open and closing of premises
Switch all equipment on for day - scooping freezer, coffee machines, waffle airfryer, cone machine
Ensure the following is ready on a daily basis - scooping spoons, prepped and wrapped cones, sprinkles, paper plates, keep cool drinks cold.
