Financial Manager

FINANCIAL MANAGER (HIGHLY SKILLED & EXPERIENCED) / EAST LONDON. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of a business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA(SA), or similar professional qualification preferred).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role, ideally within a manufacturing or retail environment.
Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws in South Africa.
Experience with ERP and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
