Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth across the region
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts
• Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Consultants for optimal performance
• Strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance against targets
• Implement calling programmes and agency engagement plans
• Maintain accurate MIS reporting and market intelligence
• Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned to brand strategy

• Tertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous)
• 57 years experience in a sales management role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of the South African property market
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
