Role Objective
The Junior Service Advisor facilitates motorcycle maintenance and repairs by:- Greeting clients and scheduling appointments
- Writing up accurate repair orders
- Explaining repairs and technical details to customers
- Assisting technicians with workflow
- Promoting services and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
- Administrative Tasks: Create and maintain accurate repair orders, service records, and cost estimates
- Communication: Act as the liaison between customers and technicians
- Service Coordination: Schedule appointments and manage vehicle flow efficiently
- Sales & Promotion: Promote service products, accessories, and maintenance programs
- Quality Control: Verify completed work orders and perform follow-up checks
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics
- Education: Grade 12 certificate; further education in business or marketing is a plus
