Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects within the food or milling environment
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and external suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment
  • Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Prepare technical reports and project documentation
Requirements:
  • BTech / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
  • 34 years experience in the food processing or milling industry
  • Strong knowledge of plant processes, equipment, and systems
  • Experience with project management and coordination
  • Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with plant upgrades, expansions, or new installations
  • Knowledge of automation and process control systems
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
