Key Responsibilities:

IT Researcher
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of food processing equipment
- Interpret and develop designs based on client specifications and engineering requirements
- Prepare fabrication drawings for manufacturing and production teams
- Ensure all designs comply with food industry standards and hygiene requirements
- Work closely with engineers, production teams, and project managers
- Maintain and update drawing records and documentation
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Draughting / Engineering (or similar)
- 35 years experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman (experience in food or FMCG industry advantageous)
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
- Strong understanding of sheet metal, fabrication, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of food-grade materials and hygienic design principles will be beneficial
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
