Property Acquisition Specialist

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in:
  • Property Studies
  • Urban/Town Planning
  • Real Estate
  • Development Studies
  • Civil Engineering (with planning knowledge ideally)
• 35 years experience in acquisition roles and property development or town planning
• Experience conducting feasibility-level planning assessments.
• Experience dealing with Johannesburg(Midrand & Bryanston) municipal planning departments and Stakeholder Departments (Joburg Water, Johannesburg Roads Agence etc.
• Strong network with planners, brokers, and property professionals.
• The role requires strong market intelligence, financial analysis capability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement including landowners, brokers, municipalities, lawyers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing high-potential land and property opportunities that align with the companys development and investment strategy.
This role directly supports the companys growth pipeline and ensures a continuous flow of feasible development opportunities.
